Julie Sweeten: Staff Injectionist
Julie has been an aesthetic injectionist for more than 10 years and is well versed in all types of dermal filler and neuromodulators. She has a loyal patient base because of her attention to detail, her ability to listen and understand client needs. She is as talented as they come, knowing where and when to apply proper product and technique in order to provide consistent results, time after time.
Kelsey Lander: FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner
Kelsey Lander is a Nationally Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. Prior to joining Reviance, Kelsey spent her career caring for patients in emergency medicine and pediatric critical care. Throughout her experiences she became passionate about overall wellness and self-care as an important tool in prevention of chronic conditions.
Shae Osuch: Certified Advanced Esthetician
Shae is a licensed advanced esthetician who graduated at the top of her class from Northwest College School of Beauty. Her goal is to give every patient healthy radiant skin that they can feel confident in, while supplying them with the knowledge to properly care for their skin at home. She aims to provide the most relaxing and effective services possible and wants every patient to feel comfortable and cared for during their treatment. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Tia Spahan: Patient Care Coordinator
Tia works directly with Dr. Chan and each patient considering facial rejuvenation. She will coordinate your procedure from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition from consult to surgery. She provides excellent patient care, is highly organized and her patient follow up skills are top notch. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family, karaoke and hiking with her dog, pickles.
Sophie Ghahtani: Medical Assistant
Sophie received her BA from the University of Chicago in Biological Sciences and moved to Portland in 2022 to pursue her career in healthcare. She is Dr. Chan’s medical assistant and helps with pre-operative questions, and post-operative care. When not taking care of patients, she enjoys traveling and hiking around Oregon. She looks forward to ensuring patients have a smooth surgical experience.
Nallely Villegas: Medical Assistant
As Dr. Kim’s medical assistant, Nallely serves as a knowledgeable and compassionate resource for patients during their time at Réviance. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with our patients, and will ensure you feel comfortable and supported before, during, and after your procedure. She greets every patient who walks through our doors with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Her easy going nature and willingness to help patients and staff, makes her an integral part of our team. She’s also bilingual in English and Spanish! When Nallely isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family.
Yvonne Troutman: Patient Care Coordinator
Yvonne is Dr. Chan and Dr. Kim’s assistant and patient care coordinator. She has extensive experience helping patients through the plastic surgery process. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and always available to answer questions, or to help guide you through the pre- or post-operative journey. Yvonne values her patient relationships and will work hard to ensure that you have the most positive experience.
Kylee Davis: Certified Advanced Esthetician
Kylee is a certified advanced aesthetician who graduated from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics Institute. Her positive and welcoming personality will help brighten your day. She offers a comfortable and safe environment where she can personalize treatments for each patient based on their own specific aesthetic goals. She is up to date and knowledgeable about current industry trends and provides expert and professional skin care evaluations. She is also proficient in providing cutting edge laser treatments. In her free time Kylee loves to spend time with her friends and family, and travel.
Melissa Adams: Practice Administrator
With over two decades of dedicated service since joining the company in 1998, Melissa brings a wealth of experience across various domains, including direct patient care, bookkeeping, human resources, and practice management. Her dedication to the well-being of our patients and team shines through as the Practice Administrator. She takes pride in supporting the individuals in our office who tirelessly care for others, contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of our practice.
Kayla McCullah: Lead Patient Concierge
She has been with Reviance for over 12 years and is one of the first faces you will see when you walk into our clinic. Being an advanced medical aesthetician, she has extensive knowledge of aesthetic, cosmetic medicine and plastic surgery. She loves interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable throughout their experience here. Kayla’s spare time is devoted to her amazing son Abe, caring husband Kylle and cheering on her Seahawks!
