Haena Kim, MD, FACS, is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has devoted her practice exclusively to the beautification and reconstruction of the face and neck. Training & Education
Dr. Haena Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania before completing her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Following an internship in general surgery, Dr. Kim undertook her residency training in otolaryngology – head & neck surgery at Northwestern University’s McGaw Medical Center.
She went on to complete an additional year studying under the nation’s foremost authorities in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. This fellowship gave Dr. Kim invaluable specialist training under Dr. Richard Davis, one of the top rhinoplasty surgeons in the United States.

Dr. Kim is passionate about helping her patients achieve the best results in all aspects of her specialty. She firmly believes that maintaining the best surgical results requires utilizing the best nonsurgical techniques.

Dr. Kim relocated to the Portland from the San Francisco Bay area where she ran and owned her own facial plastic surgery practice for almost 10 years. While there, she was active in the East Bay, South Bay, San Francisco, and Sacramento communities. She continues to be an advocate for battered women and victims of domestic violence. She donates her time and surgical experience to:
